  24. MS-DOS Kermit 3.14 is the latest version, and it works
  25. fine on COM3 and COM4 but you might have to some fiddling,
  26. of the sort which is described in the online KERMIT.BWR file,
  27. section 6.

  35. You can set the speed to anything you like.  If you use the
  36. ZOOM.SCR dialing script, it configures the modem for its
  37. highest modes of operation.  Make a new copy of the script,
  38. call it ZOOM300.SCR or something, edit it to use the lower
  39. speed and to skip enabling all the fancy features.
